1.Entries to the prize draw are by the successful claim of a Tote Bag only.
2.Tote Bags are claimed by providing receipt(s) proving the spending of £50 or more at stores located inside The Friary Guildford only between 9am on the 14th October and 5pm on 4th November 2023.
3.One Tote Bag claim per customer providing one entry to the prize draw per customer.
4.Tote Bags will be subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
5.Tote Bags are only claimed by visiting the designated location on the specific dates of Saturday 14th, 21st, 28th October and 4th November 2023.
6.The prize draw winner will be selected at random.
7.The prize is £500 in gift cards for stores of the winner’s choice located in The Friary Guildford.
8.The prize must be collected from The Friary Management Office within 14 days of being contacted.
9.Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
10.No cash alternative is available.
11.The winners will be contacted via the information provided by the entrant on the prize entry form.
12.The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding The Friary employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
13.By entering the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions, they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
14.Details of the competition and prizes are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
15.The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
16.The entrants’ personal information may be used only by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
17.The Promoters must make available on request the name of major prize-winners, by entering into the competition you are consenting to this information being publicised.
18.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Free Tote Bag Promotion and Competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of less value.
