FLEXIBILITY

Our stores are open 7 days a week and will need our Sales Assistants to be as flexible as possible, especially over our busiest period, to ensure that your store wins!

Must haves
• Full availability between 16th November 2020 – 3rd January 2021, including weekends & bank holidays
• Positive attitude

Assistant Manager Store (Maternity Cover). Hours Per Week: 40.

As an assistant store manager at Levi’s Strauss & co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand and values, whilst work alongside a Dual site store manager to effectively manage the store operations and team during this maternity period.

Key parts of the role:

• Support the Store manager in delivering KPI and implementing profit opportunities.

• Provide daily and weekly sales target for the team to improve store performance.

•Monitor KPI and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on actions plans.

•Control costs and store operations such as stoke management, Payroll, Admin and rota’s.

• Take on the responsibility of the store in the store manager absence
