As one of our Seasonal Team Members, your role will be key in helping the business to achieve sales targets whilst delivering outstanding customer service. Our teams spend their time on the shop floor so an enjoyment of interacting with customers and natural selling skills are crucial to the role. All of our Seasonal Team Members need flexibility in the hours that they are available to work; this includes weekends and working additional hours at our busiest trading times such as Christmas, Halloween and Valentines Day.
To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone with: A passion for customer service who can be a real ambassador for the brand. Previous retail experience in a fast paced store or service environment. Experience of working towards targets Experience of working in a team environment A genuine love of the products we sell (cards, wrap, gifts and balloons) Availability to work hours to suit the trading patterns of the store In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary and generous staff discount of 40%. We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active and results driven assistant store manager to join the team in our store. The assistant store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager and be their biggest support, ensuring the commercial success of the store and managing the operational aspects of a high-performing store.
What to expect from the role:

- Be responsible for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing teams around the store and influencing the sales space.
- Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training in our hand-crafted luxury products.
- Nurture and develop the store team to unlock their full potential and support their development.
