Centre Update: Covid-19

News — Centre Update: Covid-19

COVID-19 update

Following the Government’s latest announcement on 4th January 2021, all non-essential retailers at The Friary Guildford remain closed until further notice. The Friary Guildford provides access to essential services, including health food store Holland and Barrett, which remains open to meet community needs. Some food and drink operators are open for takeaway only and selected retailers will also be operating a click and collect service as permitted by the Government.

Level One will be temporarily closed from Monday 1st February until further notice.  Access to the centre for essential retail, takeaways/deliveries and click and collect services will be via the entrances on Commercial Road between Costa and Primark, and Urban Outfitters and Beaverbrook’s on Level 2. The centre toilet facilities, located next to The Alteration Yard on Level 2 will remain open and accessible during the centre opening hours.

We are following guidelines to keep visitors and staff safe and to support efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19. We would like to thank our fantastic team who have been working hard in very challenging circumstances, to support our retailers and serve our community. Our thoughts are with everyone during this difficult time.

Thank you all for your patience and co-operation.
