There will be some changes to the way you shop at The Friary Guildford from Monday 15th June. To help answer your questions, we’ve compiled a page of frequently asked questions to help keep you informed.
Q. Are the centre’s opening hours remaining the same or will they be changing?
A. Our centre has remained partially open throughout this period, although as we start to see more retailers opening, the opening hours might be slightly different to before. Please check our opening hours page before you travel.
Furthermore, retailer opening hours might be different to ours, so please check with your chosen stores websites ahead of making a journey.
Q. How is The Friary Guildford going to keep the centre safe?
A. A great deal of effort has gone into making The Friary Guildford a safe place for staff and customers, including measures such as enhanced cleaning regimes, increased security presence and physical signage. Everyone has a part to play in this, and we’d ask you all to take care of each other and follow the social distancing guidelines as closely as possible at all times.

Q. Will all shops and restaurants be reopening?
A. Non-essential shops are now permitted to re-open as per the latest Government guidance, however it is at the individual retailers’s discretion whether to re-open.

PLEASE NOTE: The food court restaurants will be operating on a takeaway only basis.
Q. Will the toilets, parents room and other facilities be open?
A. All facilities will be available to use, however please expect these to be limited to help maintain social distancing. You might have to queue at times to use these facilities.
